About Timesheet PDF: Work Hours
Timesheet PDF: Work Hours is a simple app for hourly workers, contractors, freelancers, and small crews. The app helps users clock in, track work hours, organize time by job or client, calculate pay, and export timesheet reports.
Information You Provide
Depending on the features you use, our apps may allow you to enter information such as:
Work hours
Clock-in and clock-out times
Breaks
Job or client names
Hourly rates
Notes related to time entries
Signatures or approval information, if enabled
Support requests or feedback you send to us
Work information entered into Timesheet PDF: Work Hours is stored locally on your device. SSA Digital LLC does not receive or have access to this information.
If you contact us for support, we may collect your email address and any information you choose to include in your message.
PDF and CSV Exports
Timesheet PDF: Work Hours may allow you to create, export, and share timesheet PDF or CSV files. These files may include the work information you enter into the app, such as time entries, job names, client names, hourly rates, pay calculations, location proof if enabled, and signature lines if enabled.
You are responsible for choosing where and with whom you share exported files.
Location Information
Timesheet PDF: Work Hours offers an optional GPS proof feature. If you enable this feature, the app accesses your device’s precise location to attach work-location coordinates to a time entry or exported report.
Location information is processed and stored locally on your device. It is not transmitted to SSA Digital LLC or stored on our servers.
Location information may be included in a PDF or CSV report when you choose to export it. You control where and with whom exported reports are shared. If GPS proof is not enabled, the app does not access location for this feature.
Payments and Subscriptions
Subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. SSA Digital LLC does not receive or store your full payment-card information.
The app accesses limited subscription-status information through Apple’s StoreKit system so it can determine whether Pro features should be enabled. Apple handles payment information according to its own privacy policy.
Technical Information
Timesheet PDF: Work Hours does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs. SSA Digital LLC does not collect app usage information, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or diagnostic information directly from the app.
Our website hosting provider may process basic technical information when you visit our website, such as IP address, browser type, device type, and access logs. Website data practices are separate from the locally stored information in Timesheet PDF: Work Hours.
How We Use Information
Timesheet PDF: Work Hours processes information locally on your device to:
- Track and calculate work hours
- Create timesheet summaries, PDFs, and CSV files
- Provide optional GPS proof features
- Provide other app functionality
SSA Digital LLC may use information you voluntarily provide in a support request to respond to you, troubleshoot reported problems, maintain security, and improve our products.
Third-Party Services
Timesheet PDF: Work Hours uses Apple system services, including StoreKit for subscriptions and Core Location for the optional GPS proof feature. The app does not include third-party advertising, tracking, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs.
Subscription purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s privacy policy. Our website may use third-party hosting services that process website traffic according to their own privacy policies.
SSA Digital LLC does not sell personal information or use personal information for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising.
Data Storage
Timesheet data, worker information, job or client information, pay rates, notes, settings, and optional location proof are stored locally on your device. The app does not provide an SSA Digital LLC account, cloud-sync service, or server-side storage.
Your device’s operating-system backup settings may separately cause app data to be included in a device backup managed by Apple. SSA Digital LLC does not control or have access to those backups.
Exported PDF and CSV files are saved or shared only when you initiate an export.
Data Retention
Information stored by Timesheet PDF: Work Hours remains on your device until you delete it within the app or remove the app from your device. SSA Digital LLC does not retain copies of locally stored timesheet or location information.
If you contact us by email, we may retain your message and email address for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
Children’s Privacy
Our products are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your Choices
You may choose not to provide certain information, but some app features may not work without it.
You may choose whether to enable optional GPS proof features. You may also delete information from the app where the app provides that option.
