About Our Products
SSA Digital LLC creates mobile apps, websites, and digital products. Timesheet PDF: Work Hours is designed to help users track work hours, calculate pay estimates, and export timesheet reports.
Not Payroll, Legal, Tax, or Employment Advice
Timesheet PDF: Work Hours is a time tracking and timesheet export tool. It is not a payroll service, human resources system, accounting service, legal service, tax service, or employment compliance service.
You are responsible for reviewing your timesheets, pay calculations, overtime settings, GPS proof information, exported reports, and any information you send to an employer, client, payroll team, or other party.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
Entering accurate work time and job information
Reviewing PDF, CSV, and timesheet exports before sharing them
Confirming pay rates, overtime rules, and calculations
Confirming any GPS proof information before sharing reports
Following any workplace, contract, legal, payroll, or tax requirements that apply to you
We do not guarantee that exported timesheets will be accepted by an employer, client, payroll provider, or other third party.
Optional GPS Proof
Timesheet PDF: Work Hours may include optional GPS proof features. GPS proof is intended to help users document work location information for their own records or exported reports.
GPS proof is not a guarantee that work was performed, that a user was at a location for a specific length of time, or that an employer, client, payroll provider, or other third party will accept the information.
You are responsible for enabling, reviewing, and sharing any GPS proof information.
Subscriptions and Paid Features
Some features may require a paid subscription or purchase. Paid features may include unlimited PDF exports, unlimited jobs or clients, CSV export, overtime rules, signature lines, optional GPS proof, PDF history, or removal of watermarks.
If purchases are made through the Apple App Store, billing and subscription management are handled by Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our apps, websites, or digital products. You may not use our products to violate laws, misrepresent work performed, submit false timesheets, interfere with our services, or attempt to access systems or data without permission.
Ownership
SSA Digital LLC owns its apps, websites, software, branding, content, and digital products. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute our products except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
No Warranty
Our products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to provide useful and reliable products, but we do not guarantee that our apps, websites, or digital products will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for every specific purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SSA Digital LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost wages, lost profits, lost business, payroll disputes, location disputes, or other losses related to use of our products.
Changes to Our Products
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
